Tropical Storm Edouard is supposed to be paying a visit to Cuidad El Jefe this morning. So far, except for a little rain, it's been a bust, Edouard has gotten us to clean up our yards and stay off the roads, but he's stiffed us on the drinks. We sure need the rain, although he can keep the hot air. (2:24 p.m. local). It appears that folks to the north of El Jefe's palace have received a bit more rain and some wind. A nice steady rain has fallen here through the day.
